Hughes currently uses third-party authentication providers (such as GitHub). You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it.

2. Developer Content & Ownership

Developers retain full ownership of the games and content they upload. By publishing content on Hughes, you grant Hughes a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, display, and distribute that content solely for platform operation and promotion.

You confirm that you have the rights to publish any content you upload and that it does not infringe on third-party rights.

3. Ads & Monetization

Hughes may display advertisements across the platform, including on game pages and during gameplay. Ad placement and monetization models may evolve over time.

Revenue-sharing or creator payouts, if offered, are subject to separate terms and eligibility requirements.

4. Prohibited Content

You agree not to upload content that is illegal, malicious, deceptive, or harmful. Hughes reserves the right to remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Platform Availability

Hughes is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or error-free operation.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hughes shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Hughes after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
